GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

   These routing instructions apply to all traffic moving to Fred Meyer Stores on a "Freight Collect" basis. The instructions do not change the terms of our purchase order or your agreement with the appropriate Fred Meyer buyer but, rather, refer only to the correct carrier routing for shipments that move on a Freight Collect basis.

   In order to ensure that we are able to properly secure the type of equipment necessary to handle your load, please allow a minimum of 72 hours between your call for services and the actual movement of the freight.
    OREGON Click on the "OREGON" button for shipping instructions from Oregon.
WASHINGTON Click on the "WASHINGTON" button for shipping instructions from Washington.
CALIFORNIA Click on the "CALIFORNIA" button for shipping instructions from CALIFORNIA.
       IDAHO     MONTANA     NEVADA       UTAH Click the button to the left for "ID", "MT", "NV", "UT" shipping instructions.
  ALL OTHER Click the button to the left for all states other than CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA.
