SHIPMENTS VIA UPS *:
   1-150 lbs. - ship via UPS Ground service and bill Collect to
   account # E83048.
   151-299 lbs. - ship via UPS Ground Hundredweight service and bill
   Collect to account # E83048. For Hundredweight shipments, the average
   package weight must be 15 lbs. or greater per package.
   Do not declare any value on UPS ground shipments.
   * Please masterpack all cartons to reduce the number of cartons in transit.

   300 - 3000 lbs. and under 500 cubic feet - ship via USF Reddaway.

SHIPMENTS VIA INTERMODAL TRANSPORTATION:
  You will be advised if your freight will be sent via an intermodal carrier at the
  time of routing or when a loading appointment is set. All intermodal loads must
  follow these special instructions:
  1.)  A copy of the BILL OF LADING AND PACKING LIST must be sent with
        each shipment. Tape a copy inside the trailer near the back door prior to
        sealing.
  2.)  All intermodal shipments must be "SHIPPER LOAD AND COUNT" with a
        customer seal. Seal number must be noted on the bill of lading and signed
        by the customer. The bill of lading must be marked:
        "SHIPPER LOAD AND COUNT".
  3.)  Two(2) hours of free standby time is allowed for loading. Delay beyond
        free time will be charged at $50.00 per hour or fraction thereof.
  4.)  As with all loads, shipper is responsible to secure in a manner to protect the
        integrity of the product.
SHIPMENTS VIA AIR FREIGHT:
   If authorized, declare full value and ship via UPS.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
  1.)  All purchase order numbers and respective carton counts must
         be printed on the bill of lading.
  2.)  Multiple shipments moving to the same location on the same day must
         be combined on one bill of lading to obtain the lowest applicable rate.
  3.)  Send Alaska shipments to the distribution center.

  4.)  If shipping point is not served on a direct basis by authorized carrier, call
        (503) 557-2531.
  5.)  Do not prepay and add freight charges to your invoice.
  6.)  NMFC Item # and any sub # must be on your bill of lading.
  7.)  If carrier's power unit is detained at the vendor for more than two hours,
        the vendor will be charged $50.00 per hour thereafter. For each
        additional 30 minutes or fraction thereof, the charge will be $25.00.
        If trailers without attached power units are delayed at the vendor for more
        than twenty-four hours, vendors will be assessed a demurrage charge of
        $50.00 per trailer per day or fraction thereof (one day free time).
     FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL
     RESULT IN CHARGEBACKS TO YOUR COMPANY.
